Account Executive Trainee

We'll teach you to build strategic solutions for customers that strengthen their business and our partnerships. You'll become a creative problem solver helping to develop programs for some of the nation's largest brands. Along with learning about our business and the businesses we serve, the sales professional must be able to listen to customers to gain an understanding of their challenges and market opportunities.

After an initial training period, you'll be responsible for the management and growth of your own accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or printing; or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills required
• Negotiator – or the will to become one
• Strong analytical and management aptitude
• Technically proficient
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple activities and short turn-around times
• Effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Must be self-motivated and goal driven; committed to success
