At this year’s event, Southeastern’s Director of Logistics, Joseph Falcon, was nominated for Employee of the Year. While Joseph may not have taken home the official title, being nominated for Employee of the Year at the SFMA Recognition of Excellence Ceremony speaks volumes about his impact and dedication. He is—and will always be—a winner in our eyes. We are incredibly proud of his accomplishments and the example he sets for us all.
