We make sure to take care of our team members and have built a community that feels more like an additional family. We love to celebrate holidays with parties that get our whole team involved. For example, this year, our whole warehouse got together to plan epic Halloween costumes. We also get together for smaller events, such as taking the time to complete the weekly crossword puzzle together at lunch.
Giving back to the community is one of our core values. We believe in giving back to the communities that have supported us, and we participate in numerous events and programs as part of #SoutheasternCares.
One organization we believe in and have supported for five years is House of Hope. The organization offers a food pantry and case management services to help those in need in the community. To help this organization, we store excess materials and pallets and print its annual report and other mailings.
